Delivery and Returns
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. In the unusual circumstance that any item is out of stock we will notify you immediately. If for any reason you don’t receive you parcel within the expected time frame please let us know. All payments are made through the secure server Realex.

Standard Delivery – Delivered by Royal Mail within 5 working days of dispatch, a signature maybe required.
Express Delivery – Delivered by Royal Mail next day if ordered before 11.00 am. A signature maybe required. Items ordered on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday as it is the next working day. Items ordered on Sat or Sun will be delivered on the Tuesday.
As a signature maybe required please give a delivery address where someone can sign for your delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful Royal Mail will leave a card stating the post office from which you can collect the parcel.

International deliveries can take up to 14 days. The Blue Label reserves the right to refuse delivery to any country without explanation.
Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the EU you may be charged import duty and/or tax which must be paid locally before delivery; your customs authority will contact you if duty is payable. For specific charges please contact your local customs authority.
All prices are charged at local currency exchange rate as applied by the purchaser’s credit card company.
Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you do want to return the goods our simple returns policy makes it easy for you to do so.
Please inform us by email
sales@thebluelabel.co.uk of your intention to return the goods. Then simply return the goods in their original packaging and in an unused state within 14 days of receipt and enclose the filled in returns form. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost but we will refund you the cost of your order plus original postage.
The Blue Label is not liable for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit, we would therefore suggest using a signed for delivery service.
If the goods are damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the package for a full refund. We will then advise you on whether to return the damaged goods or to photograph them so we can claim against the carrier. Please keep the original packaging. If we ask you to return the goods then we will refund the postage.
